Ryan Bailey

Ryan Bailey has a diverse work experience beginning in 2003 as an Assembly Line Robotics Operator at Motorola. In 2006, they moved to the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura as a Court Processing Assistant. In 2014, they joined Claremont BioSolutions as a Special Projects Assistant. Ryan also worked for BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2015 as a Graduate Student Consultant, where they analyzed IT platforms capable of continuous tracking of high-value biologic products in global supply chain, reviewed current technologies and implementation characteristics of systems capable of integrating real-time data into existing ERP system, and provided and integrated real-time tracking technologies and compatible software packages for monitoring cold-chain distribution and global supply chain logistics. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Claremont BioSolutions, LLC as a Research & Development Project Specialist and a Product Release Coordinator, Life Science Research. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals since 2019.

Ryan Bailey obtained an Associate's degree in General - Social & Behavioral Sciences from Ventura College from 2007 to 2010. Ryan then attended California State University Channel Islands from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in both Biology and Psychology. In 2014, they completed a Master of Business & Science (MBS) in Medical Devices and Diagnostics at Keck Graduate Institute. Ryan also obtained a Certificate of Bioscience Industry Law and Practice from Southwestern Law School in 2015 and 2016. In 2012, they obtained the NIH Protecting Human Research Participants certification from the National Institutes of Health.
