Alex Rogers – Founder & CEO
Alex Rogers is the Founder and CEO of ARRC Technology, a company he launched in 1992 and led for 17 years, transforming it into one of the fastest-growing managed service providers in the U.S. Under his leadership, ARRC was recognized on the INC 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list six times and ranked among the Top 100 Global MSPs seven times.
Alex began his career in technology in 1986 as a Sales Executive at STARx Technology, later joining The Source by Circuit City in 1991 as a Sales Associate. These early roles gave him the sales and business foundation that shaped his entrepreneurial path.
In 2009, Alex founded CharTec, LLC, where he continues to serve as CEO. Through CharTec, he pioneered the Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model and built the industry’s largest MSP training facility, helping thousands of IT providers scale profitably.
Over the course of his career, Alex has earned multiple certifications and honors, including Master CharTec MSP, Microsoft Gold Partner status, and the 2012 HTG Leadership Award.
