Madhavi Joshi has worked for a number of companies since 2003. Her first position was as a Software Engineer for ANZ in 2003. Madhavi then moved to World Wide Packets in 2007 as a Software Engineer. In 2008, they began working for Ciena, first as a Software Engineer, then as a Senior Software Engineer, and finally as a Lead Engineer. In 2015, they joined SnapRoute, Inc. as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they moved to netElastic Systems as a Software Engineer. Finally, in 2018, they joined Arrcus, Inc. as a Member Of Technical Staff and was later promoted to Principal Engineer.
Madhavi Joshi obtained their Master of Science in Computer Networks from North Carolina State University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka between 1999 and 2003.
