Silvana Bergonzi

Silvana Bergonzi is the CEO at Arredo and serves as an Organizational Design professor at Universidad de San Andrés. They are a proud economist from Bocconi University who has lived and worked in different countries, in a global multicultural company or in family-owned brands, which has shaped them into a cultural broker. They have held leadership roles across three companies in areas including CSR, HR, Strategy & Planning, PMO, and Chief of Staff in the oil & gas and retail industries. Their education includes a Dottore in Economia Aziendale from Bocconi University (1998–2004, cum laude) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UADE (2001), along with a 2022 Next Board certification in Corporate Governance from Universidad del CEMA and a specialization in Gestión Educativa from Universidad de San Andrés (2007–2009).
