Reena Korde Pagnoni

Reena Korde Pagnoni is a results-driven HR Business Partner and operational leader with over 15 years of experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders and investors. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources and Business Operations at ArrePath and manage their own publishing venture, Waman Books Publishing, where they are the owner, partner, author, and creator of Rambee Boo RB®. Previously, Reena held roles such as Chief of Staff and HR Specialist at Clinovo and Operations Manager at Kforce Inc, demonstrating expertise in strategic HR systems and operational management. Reena is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
