Arresico was established to provide, sustainable, integrated and ethical social housing under the 25-year local authority leasing model in Ireland. Since 2019 we have proven our expertise and our commitment to the sector. We are an award-winning organisation whose aim is to help address Ireland’s social and affordable housing needs.
 
In 2020 there were over 60,000 people on the social housing waiting list in Ireland. Arresico is committed to finding collective mixed tenure solutions to reduce that figure.
 
We are committed to working with all stakeholders achieve housing solutions. Whilst the public financing is an essential component, we believe that the solution has to be a bottom-up approach working with the local authorities to provide location specific housing to meet the demographic and lifestyle needs of the individuals and families on the lists. More specifically to provide off balance sheet financing to the local authorities by way of long-term leasing solutions.
