John Murphy

John Murphy is an experienced operational leader in the transportation sector with a career spanning multiple prominent companies. From June 2012 to January 2015, John served as Operations Manager at National Express, followed by a role as General Manager at National Express Bus until September 2016. John then held various leadership positions within National Express, including General Manager for central Birmingham and Head of Operations Development until June 2020. After a brief tenure as Operations Manager for Shropshire at Arriva Bus (UK) in 2021, John returned to Arriva in March 2022 as General Manager for Leicestershire.
