Danielle Young

Danielle Young is currently the Corporate Services IT Director at Arriva Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the IT Operations Director at Card Factory from 2023 to 2025 and held various roles including Head of Service & Operations at Fenwick from 2018 to 2019 and Head of IT Services at Fenwick Limited from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Business Account Manager for NHS South of Tyne and Wear from 2011 to 2013, and as an IT Vendor Manager at Balfour Beatty from 2013 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes over a decade at BT, where they progressed from ITIL Service Manager at BT Syntegra (1997-2007) to Client Delivery Manager at BT Global Services (2007-2010).
