Mark L.

Mark L. started their career in 2000 at Newcastle Primary Care Trust, where they worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager until 2008. Mark then joined ITPS, where they held the positions of Senior Head of Service from 2008 to 2020, and Assistant Director of Operations from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Mark is working at Arriva Group as the Head of IT Operations, starting in April 2021.

Mark L. holds a BSc degree in Computing for Business from Northumbria University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including ITIL Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2019, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from APM GROUP-THE ACCREDITOR LTD in March 2006, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in February 2001.
