Mark Smith

Mark Smith serves as the Director of IT Services at Arriva Group since November 2019, contributing to the development and implementation of the IT strategy within one of Europe's largest transport services organizations. Smith has held various leadership roles including Interim Director of IT Services and IT Director at multiple organizations, demonstrating expertise in service strategy, delivery, and IT infrastructure management.
