Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director for Arriva Rail Services and Cross Country Trains at Arriva Group, Wendy has previously held key positions including Head of HR at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd and Head of HR, Regionals & HR Transformation at Reach plc. Additional roles include Interim HR Director and Head of Talent at Trinity Mirror plc, as well as Senior HR Business Partner. Wendy completed education at the University of Central England between 1996 and 1998.
