Daniel Caplin has a strong background in the entertainment industry, starting as a Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group before transitioning to roles such as Contract Administrator and Booking Coordinator at various agencies. Daniel later served as a Development Manager at Picture Entertainment Corporation before currently working as an Agency Associate at Arrival Artists. Daniel also has experience in venue management, having served as Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia.

Arrival Artists is an independent music booking agency born in 2020 out of the most unlikely of scenarios. Its six founders, all long time friends and colleagues, seized an opportunity to create a home that champions art above all else and a team-based company culture that is inclusive from top to bottom. Trained as independent agents, fortified by years of major agency experience, we are creative entrepreneurs with culturally-relevant rosters. Arrival represents success stories across nearly every genre and has a proven track record of developing talent from small underground clubs to large halls, theaters, and arenas. A vigorous work ethic and extensive relationships define our reputation in the industry and inform our ethos. This is not a new approach for us; it’s that we can now put our own name to it.
