Becky Wender

Becky Wender is an experienced leader in talent and culture development, currently serving as VP of Talent and Culture at Arrive since September 2025. Prior to this role, Wender held various senior positions at GetHarley and Avon, including VP of People and Culture and multiple senior director roles focused on reward, talent, and organizational development. Wender's experience also includes significant leadership roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Barclays, emphasizing leadership academy development. Earlier in the career, Wender led talent management initiatives at Commercial Bank and Laing O'Rourke, and gained expertise in leadership development at British Telecom and BAA. Wender holds a Master of Arts degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
