Eve Watt currently serves as VP People, Technology & Payments at EasyPark Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Eve was the Vice President of Human Resources Europe at Chart Industries, leading HR integration efforts after the acquisition of Howden and managing 4,000 employees across 16 countries. Additional experience includes positions as HR Director for Howden, Head of People at Cloudreach, and Head of HR at SIMEC Atlantis Energy, as well as various roles at NatWest Group, culminating in a leadership role in performance management. Eve holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Napier University.
