Heidi Wildemann

Heidi Wildemann is an experienced professional in the mobility and e-commerce sectors, currently serving as Managing Director Germany at Arrive since June 2025, overseeing a portfolio of mobility brands including Easypark and Flowbird in the German market. Previously, Wildemann held the position of Interim COO at Coup, focusing on optimization and AI enablement of core customer processes from December 2024 to May 2025. As the Director of Online Shops at Berlin Brands Group from October 2021 to October 2024, responsibilities included managing online shops across six brands in 15 countries, with a focus on promotions, user experience, frontend development, and CRM teams. Wildemann also served as Managing Director DACH at EasyPark and Head of Finance & Operations DACH, handling sales, marketing, finance, reporting, and partner management in the DACH region. Prior experience includes directing digital strategy and e-commerce at Hoffmann Group during a major merger transition. Wildemann earned an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in Finance from Truman State University.
