Luc Carreau

Luc Carreau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and industrial management across various organizations. Currently serving as Group Technical Director at Arrive since January 2021, Luc spearheaded the establishment of a 50-person Group Technical Department formed from the merger of French technical services in Parking and Transport. Prior to this role, Luc held multiple positions at Flowbird Group, including Transport Industrial Director, where the creation of a Fab-less organization for Transport hardware was achieved, and Industrialization Manager, focusing on the development and integration of industrialization teams. Previously, Luc worked at C&K for almost two decades, holding roles that involved managing teams responsible for precision tool industrialization and mechanical part machining, as well as implementing ERP systems. Luc's career began at Timex Group, where management of a 58-person mechanical workshop and the introduction of continuous improvement methods in manufacturing processes were key responsibilities. Luc holds an engineering degree from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM, complemented by a solid educational foundation in mathematics.
