Robert Grobel

Robert Grobel is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Programs (CEE) at Arrive since August 2025. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Flowbird Group from June 2019 to September 2025, holding various positions including Customer Project Manager for the Poland Team and Head of Legacy Projects & Service Management CEE. Experience also includes a tenure at ANAVEO GROUPE as Menedżer ds. technicznych and significant roles at PARXIS Sp. z o.o. as Technical Director and Project Manager. Earlier in career, Robert owned PROGRAF Studio Reklamy Wizualnej and served as Senior Technical Editor at Bestom-Dentonet.pl and Technology Manager at EMO Wytwórnia Artykułów Farmaceutycznych i Kosmetycznych. Robert holds a Master of Engineering degree in Cellulose, Paper, and Poligraphy Technology from Lodz University of Technology, completed from 1990 to 1996.
