Chris Neitlich

Chris Neitlich has extensive work experience in the logistics industry. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Echo Global Logistics, holding roles as a Regional Account Manager, CRM for Resolution and Recovery, and Senior Truckload Claims Analyst. During this time, they gained expertise in claims management and sales. In 2014, they joined McDonald's as a General Manager, where they honed their leadership skills. In 2017, Chris joined Arrive Logistics, initially as the Director of Claims and Credit, where they built the claim department from scratch and improved the company's credit and collections process. Chris then became the Director of Claims, Credit, & Partner Relations, overseeing claims, credit, and partner relations until 2022. Currently, Chris is the Vice President of Finance Operations at Arrive Logistics. In this role, they oversee a large team, provides operational risk management recommendations, and manages insurance policies.

Chris Neitlich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
