Eric Lien

Eric Lien serves as the Executive Vice President at Arrive Logistics since 2017, previously holding the position of SVP Corporate Development. Lien has extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, having worked as EVP, Logistics at Bay and Bay Transportation, where a rapidly growing $100 million logistics business was led. At General Mills, Lien held roles including Director of Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Supply Chain for General Mills Canada, contributing to significant cost savings and operational accountability. Early career experiences include managing distribution at General Mills, business development at Nistevo, and various leadership roles at Schneider National. Lien holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College.
