Dulce Rodriguez

Dulce Rodriguez is an experienced HR professional with a background in coordinating human resources functions. From June 2019 to February 2023, Dulce held the position of HR Coordinator at Trevé Corporativo, where responsibilities included managing administrative activities, labor relations, compensation and benefits, developing KPIs, process development, event coordination, and supervising a team of eight members. Currently, Dulce serves as an HR Coordinator at ARRK North America, Inc., starting in July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at PC|Manufacturing from May 2018 to June 2019. Dulce is also pursuing a Diplomado en Gestión de Capital Humano at CETYS Universidad, enrolled since 2023.
