Matt Oxley is currently the Director of Maintenance at Arrow Transportation Systems Inc., a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Matt worked at Kelowna Flightcraft from 1999 to 2011 as an AME, where they specialized in line and heavy maintenance for various aircraft models. From 2016 to 2018, Matt served as the Director and Manager of Maintenance Operations at Flair Airlines, overseeing maintenance and operations for the airline's fleet. Additionally, Matt has been the owner of Oxley Aviation Technical Services Ltd. since 2018.
