Whether it's a diagnosable disorder like depression, something from your past you'd like to sort out, an addiction or consistent compulsion, or a relational issue, it's my privilege to offer my training and experience in service of your goals. 

Counseling
I find a lot of our experience comes down to patterns. Our brains quickly assess a situation, choose from a list of pre-formed thoughts and behaviors, and push "GO." We have patterns of engagement with others, patterns of thought about ourselves, our life, our work and so on. These patterns are helpful shortcuts but are learned without conscious approval and play out without our notice. In therapy, the hope is to identify and shift these patterns. 

Coaching
Your quality of life depends on the quality of your relationships. Relationships bring potential for great connection and enjoyment but also for frustration and failure. 
Coaching with Arrow works to get you to the skills and awareness needed to relate to the key people in your life and make decisions in a way that you actually enjoy, increases your productivity, and others enjoy being with you.

Training
Research tells us that increased awareness of how one-self and others operate can lead to greater productivity, greater longevity of involvement with organizations, and greater sense of happiness with one's work. I work with organizations to promote awareness of psychological topics, particularly in the area of personality theory.
