Andrei Cosara

Andrei Cosara is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware design and management across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at Arrow Electronics since May 2023, Andrei is dedicated to NXP projects. Prior to this role, Andrei was a Senior Group Manager at Current Lighting, focusing on team development and hardware design. Previous positions include Senior Group Manager at Hubbell Lighting, where Andrei managed hardware design teams and established operational processes, and Senior Group Manager at NI (National Instruments), responsible for allocating engineering resources to align with company projects. Andrei's career began at National Instruments, progressing from Hardware Engineer to Senior Hardware Engineer and Principal Hardware Engineer, including an expatriate assignment in Malaysia. Andrei holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
