Ashley Montoya

Ashley Montoya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources technology and process improvement. Currently serving as the Global Director of HR Technology at Arrow Electronics since August 2015, Ashley leads a global team of over 60 members to execute HR objectives through the implementation of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD systems. Prior roles include Director of HR Quality, where Ashley established a new global HR Transformation and Quality team, and Continuous Improvement Manager, successfully enhancing e-commerce shipping performance. Earlier experience at Intel Corporation included roles as Product Planner Analyst, Wet Etch Data Visualization Engineer, and Wet Etch Process Engineer, where Ashley drove production planning, data visualization, and process engineering efforts. Ashley holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
