Dan O'Connell

Dan O'Connell is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Business Development for North America at Arrow Electronics since December 2016, Dan leads a team focused on new customer acquisition in Systems Integration Services. Prior roles at Arrow include Sr Director of Sales for the East Region and Sr Director of Sales & Business Development for Sustainable Technology Solutions. Dan previously held key positions at Avnet, where as Vice President for Integrated Solutions, managed a senior sales team generating $750 million in annual revenue. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Bell Microproducts, Nu Horizons Electronics, and Pioneer Technologies Group, complemented by service as President of the Board for Monocacy Aquatic Club. Dan O'Connell holds a degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College.
