Dan O'Connell

Dan O'Connell is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Business Development for North America at Arrow Electronics, Dan leads a team focused on new customer acquisition and providing Systems Integration Services to OEMs and ISVs. Previously, Dan held various senior roles at Arrow, including Sr Director of Sales for the East Region and Sr Director of Sales & Business Development, overseeing teams that catered to complex computing solutions and lifecycle services. Prior experience includes Vice President positions at Avnet and Bell Microproducts, where Dan managed significant sales teams and revenue streams. Additionally, Dan served as President of the Board of Directors for Monocacy Aquatic Club, contributing to business strategy and financial oversight. Dan O'Connell holds a degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College.
