Dirk Baumgardt

Dirk Baumgardt is currently the EMEA Tax Director at Arrow Electronics, where they manage tax affairs across the region, overseeing various legal entities, tax restructuring, and compliance activities. Previously, Dirk worked as EMEA Tax Director for Newell Brands / Jarden Corporation, managing tax functions for multiple business units. Dirk also held the position of Tax Manager at PWC, where they provided consulting services to US multinationals, and served as a Senior Tax Manager at Fresenius SE, focusing on tax planning and compliance. Earlier in their career, Dirk was a Tax Auditor with the German Tax Authorities, conducting audits for corporations and privately owned businesses.
