Efra Pruneda

Efra Pruneda is an IT Manager at Arrow Electronics with extensive experience in information systems, project management, and software development. Previously, Efra served as an IT Project Lead at Dex One, where they delivered a web-based application recognized as a best-in-class sales management tool, and later as a Technical Solutions Manager at TeleTech, where they implemented CA ServiceDesk across multiple countries.
