Inge Høivik is a high-end embedded system architect with over eight years of hands-on design experience in high-end embedded systems, specializing in multiprocessor boards for signal processing, schematic design, board bring-up, and firmware. They worked as an HW Engineer at GE Vingmed Ultrasound AS from 1994 to 2000, contributing to hardware and DSP software development for medical ultrasound. Since 2000, Inge has been with Arrow Electronics as a Senior Technology Field Application Engineer, focusing on MCU, MPU, and SoM technologies. Additionally, they served as a course leader at Forskerfabrikken AS from 2014 to 2016, and coordinated coding courses for children at Lær Kidsa Koding! from 2017 to 2020. Inge holds a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained in 1993.
