Kailey Peace, MBCI, is currently the Regional Business Continuity & Resilience Manager for the Americas at Arrow Electronics, where they oversee business continuity activities and coordinate recovery efforts. Previously, Kailey worked as a Senior Consultant at Avalution Consulting from 2016 to 2020, developing and implementing business continuity programs. They held a brand marketing internship at The J.M. Smucker Company in 2015, and also gained valuable experience through multiple internships at Panera Bread the same year. Kailey earned dual Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University in 2017.
