Kelsey Bell

Kelsey Bell, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CSCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Arrow Electronics since May 2011, focusing on global employee capability and sales compensation. Since July 2017, Kelsey has directed global compensation programs, managing a team of 20 across the US, EMEA, and APAC to implement technology and establish uniform operational procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at Westwood College, Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa/Quorum Hotels and Resorts, and Talent Acquisition Manager in the same organization. Kelsey began a career at Kelly Services as an On-Site Staffing Manager/Sr. Recruiter. Kelsey holds an Executive Master's of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from Capella University, and a BA in Foreign Language and Communications from Colorado State University.
