Lena Wolak

Lena Wolak is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and HR administration. Beginning as a Human Resources Trainee at Grupa Progres in 2018, Lena progressed to significant roles at AMS, serving as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Lead Specialist in Recruitment Administration for Microsoft. Responsibilities included managing communication between stakeholders, distributing workload among team members, and generating performance reports.
