Lina Ralston is the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Arrow Electronics, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, Lina gained extensive experience in various HR roles at Arrow Electronics, including Human Resources Consultant and Regional HR Business Partner Nordic, from 2012 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as a Recruiting and Staff Assistant at Brainpeople from 2010 to 2012. Lina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Psychology from Stockholm University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
