Michael M. C.

Michael M. C. is a seasoned global finance executive with extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Tax Officer at Arrow Electronics since November 1999. Michael has led the Global Tax department, Corporate Controller's group, Treasury department, and the Global Financial Planning & Analysis group, focusing on delivering innovative, value-added strategies within a Fortune 110 company. Prior roles include Senior Tax Manager for Strategic Tax Analysis and Audits at Fortune Brands, Corporate Tax Manager at Young & Rubicam, and Tax Manager at Arrow Electronics. Michael began a career in taxation at Ernst & Young as a Supervisory Senior in the Tax Department, following an initial role as an Internal Auditor at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Michael holds an MBA in Taxation from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, and a BBA in Public Accounting from Baruch College.
