Missy Fuller

Missy Fuller has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles at Arrow Electronics from March 2019 to September 2022. As Director of Americas Employee Capability, Missy led talent programs focused on leadership development, performance reviews, and digital learning, ensuring alignment with global business strategies. In previous roles as Director of the Americas HR Solutions Center and Global HR Solutions Enablement, Missy managed a multinational HR shared services center, overseeing employee life cycle administration for 10,000 employees across multiple countries. Key achievements include implementing a new I-9 strategy, leading global process improvement initiatives, and supporting COVID response efforts. Prior to Arrow Electronics, Missy served as an Investment Representative at Edward Jones. Missy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Arizona State University.
