From managing teams of engineers to leading key quality assurance programs, Phil has demonstrated a strong ability to drive value improvement efforts in various companies such as Arrow Electronics, Baxter International Inc., Avaya, and Celestica, Inc. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University, Phil has developed metrics, managed projects, and implemented effective process controls throughout their career.
