Shantnu Sharma

Shantnu Sharma is currently the SVP, Chief Strategy & Technology Officer at Arrow Electronics. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Head of Strategy, M&A, and Operations at AMD from January 2012 to May 2022. Shantnu has also worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from January 2008 to December 2012, and as a Senior Software Development Manager at Sun Microsystems from January 2005 to December 2008.

Shantnu Sharma began their career as a software development leader and architect at Fujitsu from January 1998 to December 2001. Shantnu then worked as a senior software development engineer at Cabletron Systems from January 1996 to December 1998. In 2016, they became a board director and strategic advisor at Chengdu Haiguang Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., where they served until July 2022. Sharma also served as a software development manager and architect at Ellacoya from August 2004 to October 2005, and at ADC Telecommunications/Bigband Networks from January 2001 to December 2004.

Shantnu Sharma has a Masters in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communications from BIT Mesra. Shantnu also has a Masters in Management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
