Steven Cryer

Steven Cryer is the Global Director of SOX Compliance at Arrow Electronics, where they lead compliance efforts within the organization. Steven previously held various positions at Arrow Electronics, including Senior Manager and Senior SEC Analyst, and also worked as a Revenue Accountant at Samuel Gary, Jr. & Associates. Their earlier career included being a Stock Broker at Charles Schwab and an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG. Steven earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
