T'Ya Layton

T'ya Layton, PMP, serves as the Global Business Conversion Manager at Arrow Electronics since July 2015. Prior experience includes being a Project Manager at PetSmart from June 2009 to October 2014, where responsibilities involved developing a web-based platform for store associates and collaborating on a sustainability program. T'ya also held the position of Project Manager for Store Development at Starbucks Coffee Company from July 2000 to June 2009, leading a diverse team in various operational and development areas while managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. T'ya Layton holds a BA in Political Science/Public Policy and Administration from Western Washington University.
