Vernon Chaney

Vernon Chaney is the Director of Human Resources and Regional HR Business Partner DACH at Arrow Electronics, where they serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and lead HR projects. Previously, Vernon held the position of Director of Human Resources EMEA at MISUMI Europa GmbH, overseeing HR processes across ten countries and implementing talent management strategies. They began their career as an HR Training & Development Specialist at CommuniGate Kommunikationsservice GmbH and later served as a Service Manager at Raytheon, where they managed training solutions and project budgets. Vernon earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and completed additional studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
