Willie Way

Willie Way, MS, is an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety Management professional with a strong background in safety compliance and risk management. They have held positions at organizations such as Cascade Designs and Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where they managed safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives. Willie previously served as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer for the State of Nevada and was involved with the American Red Cross, focusing on emergency preparedness and health services. They earned a Master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Willie is the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Arrow Electronics.
