Justin Semas, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Sales Engineer and previously held roles as Senior Application Engineer and Engineer at Arrow Engine and Compression Company since July 2020. Prior to this, Justin Semas was a Service Engineer at Zeeco, Inc. from May 2015 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes managing operations as Ranch Manager at Painted Pleasure Horse Ranch from August 2011 to May 2015, and working as a Research and Development Engineering Intern at AGCO EAME in two separate instances in 2012 and 2013, where Justin Semas contributed to the design and prototyping of farming equipment. Additionally, Justin Semas aided in designing and fabricating a prototype combine as a Design Fabricator at Tribine Industries in 2012. Academically, Justin Semas earned an MBA in General Management from Northeastern State University from January 2021 to December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University from August 2011 to May 2015.
