Rick Harris

Rick Harris has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Rick currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Arrow Engine Company since 2019. Before that, they were the Manager of the FLO Equipment Group at Baker Hughes, a GE company from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Taylor Industries from 2016 to 2017. At Arrow Engine Company, they held various positions including Manager of Engineering | New Product Development from 2012 to 2016 and Lead Project Manager from 2010 to 2012. Rick also worked as a Current Product Engineer for Engines at Mercury Marine from 2005 to 2010.

From 2004 to 2008, Rick Harris attended Oklahoma State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSMET).
