The programs are designed by allied health and medical professionals with over three decades of experience in the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector. 

Arrow Health staff are qualified, experienced and have lived experience with overcoming addiction. There is a doctor on staff as well as counsellors, psychologists and specialists in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.

Arrow Health was founded by the Lawrence family following their personal experience with a family member who developed a substance abuse problem. At Arrow Health, we understand that overcoming drug and alcohol addiction can be a difficult and lengthy process. We also know that addiction is treatable and recovery is possible.
