Arrow is a registered company in Ghana, participating in export promotion program.  The direct participation of Racom, equipment manufacturer and network provider in Europe, is strategic to transfer its successful wireless data technology into Africa, as well as make Racom’s technical expertise and experience available for network implementation.

We provide innovative data network services with guaranteed reliability for companies that have multiple offices around the country to enable the centralization of computer data processing, multi-media applications and Internet access.  Network uptime is guaranteed via Service Level Agreement (SLA) with downtime penalty clauses.  Through the assistance of Racom, manufacturer of our wireless components, we locally assemble wireless data modems for the local and export market. Through partnerships we provide total ICT solutions that include primary and backup WANs, LAN, SD-WAN, Disaster Recovery and Data Center Management Services and high level ICT Training.
