Michael Rosner

Michael Rosner is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in complex litigation and corporate governance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Arrow Park Lake and Lodge since June 2024, Rosner has been a principal at NamJersey, LLC, and self-employed since April and October 2018, respectively. Previously, Rosner was a partner at LEVI & KORSINSKY LLP, where responsibilities included managing complex M&A-related and civil litigation on behalf of shareholders in public companies. Rosner also held the position of Senior Litigation Associate at Entwistle & Cappucci LLP and worked as a Litigation Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on various aspects of complex litigation in federal and state courts. Rosner holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University at Albany.
