Arrow Research Corporation was established in 1989 and is a proven technology provider that specialises in financial and business management software solutions for small to medium sized enterprises. With over 50,000 users world wide, Arrow is steadily achieving its mission to be a leading global information provider through the distribution of premium scalable integrated business solutions.

We’ve got the world covered with offices in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, South Australia and Canberra), the United Kingdom and NewZealand. Arrow is a proven performer that offers comprehensive, scalable, and effective business solutions across a broad range of industries.

Tencia, Arrow's flagship product, is a fully integrated accounting and business management solution designed for small to medium sized businesses. Tencia offers security features that are second to none, it uses Windows Communications Foundation (WCF) technology, so that messages are encrypted, signed, and authenticated to prevent information disclosure and message tampering. The harsh and sometimes unscrupulous online world makes it increasingly important for businesses to use secure systems in order to mitigate security threats and to avoid the costs associated with running vulnerable or insecure systems.

Arrow has a professional business partner network that sells and supports its product suite. This helps to ensure that qualified consultants are available to offer expert advice, installation and ongoing support services to businesses when they need it. All Arrow business partners are personally accredited by Arrow Research Corporation so that the business partner that supplies the product, knows the product.
