Victor Fabal

Victor Fabal is a seasoned professional in fire safety and loss prevention, currently serving as the Fire Life & Safety Director at both Arrow Security and ADAMAS CONCIERGE LLC since 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Fire Life & Safety Director at Allied Universal from 2021 to 2025, and a long-established role at Brooks Brothers from 1989 to 2020, where responsibilities included Loss Prevention Officer and Deputy Fire Safety-EAP Director. Victor began his career as a Loss Prevention Agent at Galeries Lafayette in the mid-1990s. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lehman College, obtained between 1997 and 2003.
