Ryan Baldwin

Ryan Baldwin currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Arrowhead Engineered Products since February 2024. Previously, Ryan spent nearly 22 years at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., progressing from Buyer/Operations Assistant to Regional Purchasing Manager, where oversight of daily operations for the Central US Purchasing Center included purchasing materials, managing inventory, and supporting nearly 400 locations across 24 states. Earlier roles at Ferguson involved leading inventory management for commercial and industrial pipe, valves, fittings, and HVAC equipment. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Eureka College and has international education experience from Richmond American University London.
