Tiffany Poletti is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and auditing. Currently serving as the Tribal Program Leader and Chief Operating Officer at Arrowhead Programs since July 2017, Tiffany has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Underwriting Initiatives. Prior to Arrowhead, Tiffany worked at QBE North America from May 2011 to July 2017, where responsibilities included Vice President of Business Operations and Lead Internal Auditor, focusing on audit efficiency, compliance, and staff supervision. Tiffany's career began at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior from August 2008 to June 2011, and included earlier roles such as an Audit/Tax Intern at Eder, Casella & Co., and an Insurance Agent at Dawson Insurance Agency. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
