Currently serving as Plant Manager and Master Scheduler at Arrowhead Winch since April 2014, Jonathan oversees scheduling and production control across the Broken Arrow and Okmulgee locations, leading a team of skilled individuals in producing over 1,000 winches monthly. Previous roles include Purchasing Manager and Outsourcing Manager at Gunnebo Johnson Corporation, where Jonathan was responsible for procurement operations, and a significant tenure at Tadano Mantis Corporation spanning 17 years, culminating as Director of Material Planning and Information Services. Jonathan holds an MBA in Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, complemented by a Six Sigma certification.
